We reserve the right to substitute a comparable product if a selected item becomes unavailable, and will notify you before your appointment. All descriptions, pricing, and service availability are subject to change without notice.

03 Appointments & Payment

By scheduling an installation appointment, you represent that the information you provide — including your name, address, and contact details — is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at booking. Payment may be collected at the time of booking or upon completion of the installation, as specified during checkout. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

04 Installation Services

BradsMailboxes.com provides on-site mailbox installation at the customer's address. Upon booking, we will confirm your appointment date, time window, and the specific products to be installed.

Please ensure the installation site is accessible and reasonably prepared prior to our arrival. We reserve the right to reschedule if site conditions make installation unsafe or impractical. Any additional work required beyond the original scope may be subject to additional charges, which will be communicated to you before proceeding.

Installation times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including weather, access issues, or unforeseen site conditions. We are not liable for delays caused by such circumstances.

05 Cancellations & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied. The following terms apply to cancellations and refunds:

Appointments cancelled at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

If we are unable to complete the installation due to our error or a defective product, we will reschedule or issue a full refund at your discretion.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible using the information provided below.

06 Warranties

Products sold on BradsMailboxes.com may carry manufacturer warranties. Any such warranty is solely the responsibility of the manufacturer. BradsMailboxes.com makes no additional warranties, express or implied, regarding the products we sell, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
