About the Installation Process

Curious what happens after you place your order?
Here's how the installation process works.

Step 1

You place an order on BradsMailboxes.com

You select the mailbox, post, and applicable options. If your mailbox includes a customized address, you will be asked to enter that when ordering.

Step 2

I order your mailbox from the manufacturer

When you place your order, I immediately order your mailbox and post from the manufacturer. Lead time varries by manufacturer, but in general is between 1 and 3 weeks.

Step 3

I contact you to schedule the installation

When I receive the mailbox from the manufacturer, I will contact you to schedule the installation. There is no need to be home for the installation.
